Boxing and MMA are both bad for your health - but they've got nothing on an incredibly action-packed new sport that's gone viral on social media.
Hailing from Russia and Sports Betting only known as 'Armboxing', the combat sport appears to be a bizarre fusion of boxing and arm-wrestling - and Sports Betting it's been called 'the next great sport' since it launched recently.
The contest involves two opponents standing opposite each other anchored to a podium by chains with their lead hands bound together with tape.

The fighters use their free hands - usually the arm with which they can hit the hardest - to punch each other until one is knocked out or the contest is stopped by a referee.
